Making Values-Based Decisions for Your Career
Making Values-Based Decisions for Your Career is a workshop to help you make big moves! Feeling overwhelmed by decision fatigue? Struggling to choose your next step in work or life? All your plans fell through and you need to make a shift, but you’re not sure what? This workshop offers participant a chance to work through a series of prompts and exercises to identify their core values, and apply them towards making value-aligned career decisions. Workshop meetings will be a combination of facilitated exercises and discussion— recordings of the exercises will also be available for those who cannot attend live!

Whether you want to get started, build momentum, or cross the finish line, this is the place for you to MAKE IT REAL!
This workshop provides a space that will:
Make time to work on the project of your choice
Help you navigate creative blocks, self doubt, and procrastination
Provide fresh eyes to help you see your project in new ways
Give you tools and strategies for getting moving when you’re stuck, goal setting, tracking, and staying accountable
All workshop gatherings take place virtually over Zoom.

Six weekly discussion sessions, where we’ll talk about tools and strategies for getting unstuck
Six weekly coworking sessions for community and accountability
One 30 minute 1-on-1 coaching session with Lucianne
Private Discord group for connecting with your cohort anytime!

Sunspot:
Everything included in the Core tier, plus an additional 30-min one-on-one coaching call with Lucianne

Corona:
Everything included in the Core and Sunspot tiers, plus written feedback/review of your work in progress (up to 30 manuscript pages, 30 minutes of video for works of dance, film, speaking/talks, open to other formats within reason).

Space Station Virtual Coworking
Space Station is a weekly coworking refuge, for those in need of a little time and space to get things done.

Workshop runs August 21-Sept 18. All materials and gatherings take place virtually.
This four-week workshop balances independent work that you can fit into your own schedule with opportunities for community interaction and feedback. Participants will create a short talk on a topic of their choosing, while learning how to think about building a message that will resonate with their intended audience. This workshop also features “office hours” with Lucianne, where participants can get answers to questions they have about their personal needs and goals as a speaker via weekly live sessions over Zoom.
